Description  

Store your e-bikes / regular bikes in Reno until next year!

The bikes are stored in a safe and monitored location, that you can pickup easily up to 3 days before the event!

Don't worry about cleaning the bike, we will clean it for you!

If there is any issue with the e-bike before the event we will let you know 3 months in advance and offer solutions.

  • Drop the e-bike in our dropping spot in Reno
  • Drop off is from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM  Aug 30 - Sep 3
  • Get email confirmation immediately 
  • before the next burning man event you will get an email with bike status after inspection 
  • We can fix the bike before you arrive
  • The battery will be charged for the next event (if you leave the charger, Not fully)

The storage will be inaccessible  during the year, it only opens for the next event.

Pick up & Return  

Pickup Information

Your bike will be ready for pickup in Reno, NV, approximately 15 minutes from the airport and easily accessible by RV.

  • Pickup Window: August 27 – September 3, 2026
  • Early Camp Pickup: Camps may coordinate group pickups starting as early as August 20, 2026 (during build week)
  • Instructions: Exact address, hours, and detailed instructions will be shared before the event

We can also coordinate delivery to your Reno hotel or the airport for an additional fee.

Return Information

Returns are simple and flexible:

  • Drop-off Window: September 5 – September 11, 2026
  • Return your bike to the same Reno location
  • Our team will be available to assist with any issues during return

We’re here to help — if anything comes up with your bike, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Before August 1, 2026: Free cancellation (0% fee)
  • August 1 – August 15, 2026: 30% restocking fee
  • After August 15, 2026: 50% restocking fee

Late cancellations incur higher fees due to logistics, preparation, and storage for the following year.

Note: Chargers and batteries are non-returnable unless found defective at pickup.

Damaged Goods & Inspection

Please inspect your bike at pickup before signing.

  • If there is any issue, we will fix it on the spot or provide a full refund
  • Once the bike leaves the pickup location, it is considered accepted in good condition

We stand behind the quality of our bikes. Due to the nature of the event environment, bikes that have been used cannot be returned.
