Pickup Information

Pickup takes place in Reno, Nevada, approximately 15 minutes from the airport and easy to reach with an RV.

• Standard Pickup Dates: August 27 - September 3, 2026
• Camp Group Pickup: Available starting August 20, 2026 by coordination
• Pickup Details: Exact location, hours, and instructions will be sent before the event
• Delivery Option: Hotel or airport delivery in Reno may be arranged for an extra fee

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation terms are based on the timing of your request:

• Cancel before August 1, 2026: Full refund
• Cancel between August 1 and August 15, 2026: 30% restocking fee
• Cancel after August 15, 2026: 50% restocking fee

These fees reflect preparation, reserved inventory, and storage costs for the season.

Note: Chargers and batteries cannot be returned unless they are defective at the time of pickup.
