Order your e-bike online and have it shipped directly to our Playa location. We'll safely store it until you're ready to pick it up at your convenience. Add our Build & Setup Service for an additional $60. Our team will fully assemble your e-bike, test all components, and have it ready to ride when you arrive. Perfect if you want professional preparation or prefer not to handle assembly yourself. Simply select this service at checkout, and we'll take care of the rest. Pick up during our regular business hours at Jager Bikes Playa.
Pick up & Cancellation  

Pickup Information

Pickup takes place in Reno, Nevada, approximately 15 minutes from the airport and easy to reach with an RV.

  • Standard Pickup Dates: August 27 - September 3, 2026
  • Camp Group Pickup: Available starting August 20, 2026 by coordination
  • Pickup Details: Exact location, hours, and instructions will be sent before the event
  • Delivery Option: Hotel or airport delivery in Reno may be arranged for an extra fee

We’ve built the process to be smooth, organized, and easy, so you can spend less time on logistics and more time getting ready.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation terms are based on the timing of your request:

  • Cancel before August 1, 2026: Full refund
  • Cancel between August 1 and August 15, 2026: 30% restocking fee
  • Cancel after August 15, 2026: 50% restocking fee

These fees reflect preparation, reserved inventory, and storage costs for the season.

Note: Chargers and batteries cannot be returned unless they are defective at the time of pickup.
