With an extra battery, you can ride farther, explore more, and spend less time waiting to recharge. Whether you’re cruising through camp, visiting friends, or discovering new corners of the Playa, an extra battery gives you the freedom to keep moving.
Rent an additional battery and pick it up together with your eBike in Reno. Simply return it with your bike at the end of your rental.

Security Deposit: $100 (fully refundable upon return of the battery in same condition).
Pickup Information
Pickup takes place in Reno, Nevada, approximately 15 minutes from the airport and easy to reach with an RV.
- Standard Pickup Dates: August 27 - September 3, 2026
- Camp Group Pickup: Available starting August 20, 2026 by coordination
- Pickup Details: Exact location, hours, and instructions will be sent before the event
- Delivery Option: Hotel or airport delivery in Reno may be arranged for an extra fee

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation terms are based on the timing of your request:
- Cancel before August 1, 2026: Full refund
- Cancel between August 1 and August 15, 2026: 30% restocking fee
- Cancel after August 15, 2026: 50% restocking fee
These fees reflect preparation, reserved inventory, and storage costs for the season.
Note: Chargers and batteries cannot be returned unless they are defective at the time of pickup.
