Deposit: How It Works

Think of the deposit like renting a car - simple, clear, and only used if something comes back broken or missing.

1. Pay Your Deposit

You can pay your deposit in one of two ways:

Before pickup: Pay online and save time when you arrive.
At pickup: Pay when you collect your bike.

Deposit prices are $200 - $600 depending on the eBike Model

2. Enjoy the Ride

Take the bike, explore, have fun, and ride responsibly.

The deposit is only there to cover missing or damaged parts, based on our deposit price list.

Good news: you do not need to clean the bike before returning it. Dust happens.

3. Return the Bike

When you return your bike, our team will check that everything is back and in good condition.

We know accidents happen. If an item is broken or missing, we’ll simply deduct the applicable amount from your deposit and refund the rest. No hidden fees or surprises.

Our Promise

We don’t charge for normal dust or everyday riding.

We only deduct for parts that are missing, broken, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

Example:
If a charger is missing, the charger fee is deducted, and the remaining deposit is refunded.

After the bike is marked as returned, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

4. Get Your Refund

Your deposit refund goes back to the same credit card.

Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to appear on your card.

Simple Summary

Pay deposit → Pick up bike → Ride → Return bike → Get refund.
